Who runs CodeLA
CodeLA is run by the organiser of a small study group, who has not published contact details here yet. If you are a member, speak to a staff member. If you were invited, ask the person who invited you.
What to get in touch about
- Joining or account approval. Every account is approved by hand. You can ask to join and then let the organiser know.
- Privacy requests. Many you can do yourself once signed in: download your data, correct your profile or delete your account (see your rights). For anything else, such as objecting to how data is used, contact the organiser.
- Accessibility problems. Tell us what was hard to use and on which page; see the accessibility statement.
- Reporting content or behaviour that breaks the code of conduct. Say where it is; staff can hide posts and suspend accounts.
- A forgotten password. The site does not send emails, so the organiser resets passwords by hand after checking it is you.
Why there is no contact form
To collect as little data as possible, CodeLA has no contact form and stores no messages.
